About Dogglounge

  • 23years on air
  • 34DJs
  • 1,575sets archived

Dogglounge has been playing deep house radio since 2003 — 23 years of it, 24 hours a day. The station grew out of a fondness for the deeper end of house music: soulful, dubby, jazz-tinged, the records that reward listening rather than simply filling a room.

Between live shows the rotation draws on a library of several thousand deep house tracks, from late-nineties classics through to releases from this month. The live broadcasts come from DJs around the world — 34 of them, each with their own show and their own idea of what deep house music means.

Everything that airs is kept. The archive holds 1,575 full DJ sets going back to 2003, free to play, alongside a record of every track the station has aired — which labels get played most, which artists come round most often, and what was on air at any point in the station's history.
