I had A Big Mess Of Wires (thus, “BMOW” title; get it?) in my DJ setup, because I’d torn it down & put it together right before the set. Sadly, it meant I had the sound card setting on “Phono” (vs. Line) for the first 4 tunes, and there was all low-end, no high-end in the audio. Fortunately I figured the problem out, but had to re-start the set after those first 4 tunes. I remained a bit flustered for the rest of the set. A few other things went wrong. But, there ya go.
